Hours: 36 per weekAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong technical expertise and the ability to lead and inspire. You will act as a technical authority and take ownership in driving innovation and improvements within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain. This is a key role in shaping the future of secure access across the organization.ResponsibilitiesDesign and configure the new Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) platformProvide technical leadership within the DevOps teamCoach and support fellow team membersLead design discussions in collaboration with architectsEnsure high-quality implementation and clear definition of doneParticipate in client meetings to identify integration needsMaintain and operate a critical authorization component in a cloud-native environmentYour Profile5+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps EngineerStrong background in AWS, Kubernetes, and containerizationProficient in Python (or similar scripting languages)Familiar with Azure DevOps Pipelines, networking, and ITIL (preferred)Strong focus on automation, testing, and securityExperience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)Comfortable working in complex, enterprise environmentsStrong communication and collaboration skillsFluent in English (Dutch is a plus)Team & EnvironmentYou will join a team of 5–7 skilled DevOps Engineers who value ownership, teamwork, and technical excellence.
