The commercial legal team delivers innovative, trusted and world-class legal services to advance and protect Salesforce's interests while creating a fulfilling work environment for our legal family. Although our main activity is contractual negotiation with customers, we are also frequently involved on subjects related to high tech, data protection and artificial intelligence. If you are a strong legal professional and you enjoy negotiations, high tech and thinking out of the box, you are welcome to join us!Main Responsibilities:Legal contact for internal and external customers within region and act as a trusted advisor in order to deliver high quality and pragmatic legal advice in an efficient manner.Review and negotiate agreements related to Salesforce cloud business, such as main subscription agreements, data protection addenda, reseller agreements, and order forms in support of the sales, and alliances teams, and handle complex legal issues with limited supervision.Closely partner with other functions within Salesforce (including privacy, security, pricing, and revenue recognition) to allow Salesforce’s continuous growth in line with Salesforce’s business requirements, policies, goals and vision.Assist in developing training materials and provide training to the business.Participate in cross-regional and cross-functional team projects as needed.Experience/Skills Required:Qualified in a Benelux or Nordics jurisdiction.Minimum of 5 years combined post-qualification experience in a law firm and/or as a fast-paced in-house legal.Fluent in Dutch or Scandinavian, proficiency in EnglishSubstantive expertise in technology, data privacy and intellectual property law.Expertise in public sector procurement laws is a plus.Outstanding legal drafting skills and strong legal and analytical reasoning.Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.Ability to embrace change, organize, prioritize and manage deadlines, in a fast pace, demanding and constantly evolving environment.Highly responsive, can-do and service-oriented attitude.
