- Administrate the invoicing software, prepare/send invoices, and track payments.
- Handle invoicing queries, send reminders (email/calls), and reconcile accounts.
- Support the payroll processing and tax payments.
- Serve as the primary liaison with our external accounting firm, providing all necessary inputs for accurate general ledger postings.
- Jointly own the monthly closing process to ensure deadlines are met (target: WD5 each month).
- Ensure that financial records are up to date across all systems.
- Order supplies (groceries, cleaning, etc.) and manage office upkeep.
- Organise team events, onboard/offboard employees, and manage company assets (laptops, cars).
- Act as the go-to person for office logistics (maintenance, repairs, travel bookings).
- Keep the workplace clean, positive, and distraction-free.
- Experience from a role where multi-tasking and service-mindedness are front and centre.
- A high sense of integrity and discretion. We’re looking for someone we can rely on with sensitive information and daily responsibilities.
- Hands-on experience with basic finance tasks (invoicing, payments) and/or office administration.
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English.
- Experience with financial reporting/controlling and basic HR tasks.
