Your focus will be on warehousing, distribution, value-added logistics and end-to-end supply chain solutions for Medical Device companies.   • Generate and follow up on new business opportunities in a self-driven way, with a primary focus on medical device manufacturers, ranging from Orthopedics and Cardiovascular to Diagnostics, Capital Equipment, and Advanced Wound Management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers using your deep industry knowledge and excellent executive communication skills within the Healthcare and MedTech sectors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Business Development, Marketing, Solution Design, and Logistics Engineering to create competitive proposals and develop new service offerings based on detailed market and client insights.
  • Coordinate the full sales process from initial introductions and proposal creation to final bid and contract closure, always in close teamwork with internal stakeholders and the client.
  • Maintain structured documentation and analysis of target markets and clients in the CRM system. For larger strategic accounts, support global account planning and align international sales efforts across the US, Europe, and APAC regions.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to regional and global teams on market trends, competitor developments, and customer needs.
  • Explore new market entry opportunities and innovative technologies, preparing feasibility plans and presenting them to the VP of Business Development and the management team.
YOUR PROFILE
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in solution selling and new business development within the healthcare supply chain industry.
Strong business acumen and networking skills. * English: fluent; proficiency in another language from the assigned territory is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with specialized qualifications or experience in Supply Chain Management, Commercial, or Medical-related disciplines strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (up to 50%). Partial home-based working is possible.
