- Promote and sell Sinclair’s injectables portfolio to aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other key customers.
- Daily visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across the Netherlands.
- Achieve and exceed territory sales targets and KPIs.
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
- Provide training, support, and product education to healthcare professionals and clinic staff.
- Plan and execute territory visits, customer meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing and clinical teams to execute local events, workshops, and congress participation.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including visit reports, sales tracking, and customer data.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Provide regular updates to management on territory performance and challenges.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, ideally within injectables.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English – both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric approach.
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the assigned region.
- Experience working with aesthetic doctors, nurses, or plastic surgeons.
- Knowledge of the aesthetics market in the Netherlands.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel across France.
