- Pick up the phone and reach out to potential partners - cold calling is a big part of the job.
- Identify new locations for our parcel service and convince business owners to join.
- Meet with prospects in person and pitch the value of becoming a pickup point.
- Support the full sales cycle: from first contact to signed agreement.
- Help onboard new locations and ensure a smooth start.
- Keep our CRM up to date and report on your progress.
- Collaborate with our Operations and Marketing teams to align efforts.
- You're a people-person: confident, social, and persuasive.
- You're not afraid of rejection - in fact, you see it as part of the game.
- You thrive on hitting targets and winning deals.
- You're studying something business-related, but you're more about doing than analyzing.
- You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You're available for at least 16 hours a week and can manage your time well.
- You're proactive, street-smart, and like to take initiative.
