- Using a variety of inspection techniques and tools to assess quality and detect deviations or defects.
- Documenting inspection results and maintaining accurate records for reporting purposes.
- Managing and investigating claims raised by the workshop in Surgères, France, and identifying root causes of non-conformities.
- Developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions to resolve and prevent issues.
- Assessing potential risks associated with non-conformities and proposing risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management and continuous improvement.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of corrective actions and adjusting as needed.
- A bachelor's degree in quality management, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the nuclear or a related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A service mindset and a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written. French is a plus.
