What are you going to do?As Regional Manager, you are responsible for the operational and strategic management of the South and Central Netherlands region. You work daily to improve the performance of your locations and ensure that both teams and customers have a great experience.Your responsibilities include:✔ Coaching and leading restaurant managers and their teams to ensure optimal operational performance.✔ Analyzing and optimizing KPIs you keep a close eye on revenue, labor costs, and customer satisfaction.✔ Implementing processes and standards to ensure quality and efficiency.✔ Actively contributing to the growth of Hawaiian Poke Bowl in the Netherlands through training, development, and strategic insights.✔ Providing operational support and stepping in where needed, from audits to solving operational challenges.Who are you?🔹 You have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within hospitality, retail, or food service.🔹 You have experience in multi-unit management and know how to efficiently oversee multiple locations.🔹 You are analytical and results-driven, with a strong focus on KPIs and performance.🔹 You are a people manager who motivates and coaches teams to bring out the best in themselves.🔹 You are flexible, hands-on, and enjoy being on the road frequently.🔹 You speak fluent Dutch and English.🔹You are available to travel between the different restaurants in the South and Central Netherlands and Antwerp (headquarter) for weekly meetings.🔹You have a valid category B driver’s license.At Hawaiian, we find it important and also enjoyable to work together with colleagues from different nationalities.
