Ready to make a difference?You get it doneAlongside your colleagues, you follow up on new leads while maintaining relationships with existing clients. From the first call to the signed offer: you're on it.How you do this? Within your sales territory, you will sell a variety of transport solutions. You'll encounter all kinds of challenges in every possible combination. You qualify each lead to identify customer needs. Depending on the size of the request, you either handle it yourself or pass it on to our Sales Managers. Once you've determined the customer's needs, you create a tailored proposal and follow up promptly-because you want to win. You achieve this by:
- booking and monitoring shipments while keeping customers informed of their status;
- proactively maintaining contact with new clients and accurately recording all interactions in our TMS system;
- understanding the question behind the question-screening and qualifying leads, and preparing quotes in collaboration with the Sales Manager;
- maintaining relationships with integrators, courier companies, and carriers.
- a strong commercialdrive, analytical skills and excellent communication skills;
- proficiency in both Dutch and English;
- some experience in the logistics sector is a plus, but we're happy to teach you the trade;
- excellent MS Office skills and preferably some experience working with a CRM system.
