Our ambition is strong: we aim to grow and serve our customers wherever they need us.The OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to strengthen our Logistics Division and shape the future of our Project Management Office (PMO). With more than 50 projects currently active—ranging from quick operational wins to multi-million-euro warehouse transformations—you will lead complex initiatives and lay the foundation for a best-in-class project management structure.Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver complex logistics and warehouse optimization projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and refine project governance, tools, and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on project selection and prioritization.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues, building project management expertise within the organization.
  • Take immediate ownership of key strategic initiatives
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing complex logistics or warehouse projects
  • Strong knowledge of PMO principles and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
