As an Electrical Designer you will design and develop electrical systems and components such as cabinets, cabling, and harnesses for complex mechatronic and medical equipment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and reliable solutionsResponsibilities
- Support the development of electrical architecture for system modules and subassemblies.
- Design and document components such as electrical cabinets, cabling systems, connectors, and interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with relevant medical standards, including IEC-60601 and ISO 13485.
- Develop detailed wiring diagrams and layouts for electrical systems.
- Create and execute test specifications for verifying electrical designs.
- Collaborate with software and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Work in accordance with CE, EMC, and UL standards for equipment safety and performance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; recent graduates with a Master's degree are also considered.
- Experience in high-tech or medical equipment environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical cabinet design and system interfacing.
- Familiarity with industrial automation components and motion control.
- Experience working with electrical and regulatory standards for medical devices.
- Proficiency in using EPlan for electrical schematics.
