Vlieland is a popular tourist island with beautiful beaches. Staff housing is located right below the hotel, which makes things very convenient. In addition, the staff canteen is also inside the hotel, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner.Besides working at Strandhotel Seeduyn, we are also looking for someone who fits our team spirit—someone who enjoys relaxing on a terrace with us, meeting new people, and spending free time at the beach. Because at WestCord, we are not just colleagues, we are one big family.As an intern, you’ll gain valuable experience and develop your skills further. We highly value training and supporting students. - You are studying a relevant hospitality-related MBO/HBO program.
- You are looking for an internship of at least 20 weeks (shorter internships can be discussed with the hotel).
- Hospitality, openness, and spontaneity describe you best!
- You are ready to take on the adventure of living and working on Vlieland.
- You go the extra mile, giving each guest a warm welcome and personal attention.
- You have a flexible attitude and no 9-to-5 mentality.

- Training: Are you not yet fully comfortable with the position you are willing to fulfil? Or are you willing to acquire new skills and information? Our hospitality trainers are here to teach you all the important aspects of our profession.
- Lodging: Possibilities for housing. (only on the islands)
- Internship allowance: A suitable compensation for your efforts is something we value highly. Therefore, our interns receive €20,00 per worked day.
- Balance: We believe your work and private life should not intertwine. Therefore, we use our own communication platform, with which you are always up to date about developments and news in your team and organization. You can also continue to work on your skills and knowledge by consulting the available e-learning modules.
