
Change Manager in Maritime sector

- Asset Management - improvement of logistics, financial, and procurement processes within a specific business unit, including application replacement as part of the implementation (becomes a module within ERP).
- Operational Resource Planning - replacement of the current people planning system with a SaaS application from the same supplier. This is accompanied by improved working methods. A challenging target group that has recently undergone a similar major change.
- Successfully guiding the organization through the above transformations.
- Identifying the impact, adoption level, and change capacity of and on the organization.
- Developing a roadmap with the change initiatives and projects.
- Ensuring an integrated approach and organization of the change program.
- Analyzing and activating various stakeholders and leadership teams and developing a communication plan for information provision to various stakeholders throughout the program.
- Timely identifying and, if necessary, mitigating risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks that may affect the achievement of agreed objectives and change.
- Coaching management and other stakeholders as needed and desired.
- At least 7-10 years of relevant work experience as a change manager (people side of change) within large-scale IT system implementations.
- Experience in increasing change readiness/adoption and proficiently, flawlessly, and timely implementing change projects.
- Constructively critical and reflective on achieving objectives.
- As a networker and connector, able to bring the right people together and guide them. Keeping stakeholders proactively informed.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Extensive experience with change management tools, especially Prosci/ADKAR.
- A clear vision of various methods of organizational change and behavioral change and the training methods and communication approaches involved.
- Quickly grasping business problems, identifying the core issues, and translating them into a concrete approach for change.
- Strong preference for someone fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
- Strong preference for someone with experience in the maritime sector.
- Rate between € 96,- and € 104,- depending on seniority.
- Location: Rotterdam area. Hybrid work possible, with the guideline: 3 (office) / 2 (remote) days per week for full-time engagement.
- Engagement: full-time for a period of one year (32 hours is negotiable), starting with a 3-month contract.
