
Customer Service Representative

- Coordinate order processing, resolve unconfirmed orders, and manage product shortages with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Provide timely, professional responses to customer and sales inquiries;
- Strive for high performance in delivering quality, on-time, and complete service;
- Handle transactions in SAP, including order entry, billing, credit notes, pre-payments, and customer master data updates;
- Generate reports and maintain cross-functional communication to support smooth operations;
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through service evaluation and action.
- A salary of €21.5 per hour (€3.540 gross per month);
- Initial 6-month contract with strong possibility of extension;
- Starting date: 1st of September;

- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service, Order fulfillment, or Sales Support;
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office;
- Fluent in English;
- Basic green knowledge;
- Customer-focused mindset with proactive communication;
- Ability to quickly learn order processing, product details, and customer needs;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Calm and professional under pressure.
