
HR Business Services Manager, Netherlands

- Oversee and streamline the country’s hire-to-retire operations, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with company standards while respecting local nuances.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving HR process optimization and introducing innovative solutions.
- Leverage Operational Excellence knowledge and HR Shared Services to continuously optimize and improve HR processes.
- Lead workforce restructuring initiatives and manage employee and labor relations to ensure compliance and a smooth transition during organizational changes.
- Lead project deployment for country-specific initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive alignment and effectiveness within the regional HR team, offering leadership, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders across leadership and HR to ensure alignment, collaboration, and mutual support for HR service excellence.
- Support and drive the implementation of the SBU strategy focused on performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 7+ years in international or regional HR roles within industrial manufacturing, covering divers HR functions.
- Effective Stakeholder Management and ability to build strong working relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in Operational Leadership and managing HR processes, preferably in a complex and diverse organization.
- In-depth knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, labor relations, and restructuring initiatives.
- Experience in negotiating with Unions and Work Councils (CLA).
- Continuous Improvement mindset.
- Strong decision-making capabilities with the ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational demands.
- Lean Six Sigma certification would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
