Hobson Prior is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join a biotechnology organization in Leiden, Netherlands. In this role, you will focus on ensuring high-quality manufacturing processes while adhering to strict industry standards.   • Oversee and carry out manufacturing tasks that meet strict quality and compliance standards.
  • Conduct studies to ensure consistency and quality in production processes.
  • Use cleanroom equipment and perform sterile techniques in controlled environments.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including quality control, quality assurance, and supply chain, to improve operations.
  • Investigate issues, implement corrective actions, and support ongoing improvements.
  • Manage inventory to ensure materials are always available for production.
Key Skills and Requirements:
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom equipment such as incubators, biosafety cabinets, and centrifuges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of inventory management and process improvement.
