Result; Providing services to customers in accordance with SLA, SOP or other contractual obligations.
- Perform tasks in accordance with departmental SOP's; such as booking shipments, print AWB's and calculate charges
- Set-up of files based on pre-alerts and SOP's
- Assisting with departmental administrative support tasks, such as checking invoices, assisting with month-end closings and post information in various GEODIS systems
Result; strengthen internal network with other sites. Actively working on a good relationship with external customers and suppliers.
- Follows through on customer inquiries, requests and complaints;

Result; ensuring optimal operational progress and performance aligned with KPI's, SLA, SOP or any other contractual agreements with the customer.
- Assist with month-end closings: check received invoices and billing conform company policy;
- Assure timely billing conform company policy;
- Check intercompany invoices and administrate them in the system: if not correct escalate to the department manager.
Result; collaborate and interact at all levels and sites to establish and maintain a sustainable relationship with business partners to influence business results.
- Act as a back-up for colleagues in case of illness, holidays or peaks in workload;
- Alters normal procedures to fit a specific situation to get a job done and/or meet company goals

- Vocational education (MBO) in preferably freight forwarding
- Awareness of customs, import & export processes and industry regulations.
- Effective user of IT systems used in the freight forwarding industry (operational, invoicing and company tools)
- Knowledge of customer's SOP's;
- Fluent in local language and English.
- Certificate Air Cargo Employee (MLV);
- Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) which needs to be renewed every two years;
- Certificate of No-Objection (VGB) which needs to be renewed every five years.
- Latest version of IATA DGR certification;
- Latest version of Acceptance of General Cargo (Acceptatie Algemene Vracht) Awareness
- Latest version of GDP Awareness;
- Latest version of IATA Lithium certification.
