- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for hospital customers on the MDS product portfolio.
- Guarantee the smooth operational management of the account on a day-to-day basis by taking personal ownership and optimally coordinating with internal partners.
- Ensure implementation of our solutions in line with customer needs in close collaboration with the Medical & Clinical team and other internal collaborators.
- Develop insights into the different decision-makers and influencers in the market.
- Establish relationships of trust and invest in a long-term relationship through good eye for business capabilities.
- Build up strong relations with existing customers and develop relations with new customers applying strong CRM principles.
- Apply a project-based, collaborative and customer-centric approach in your daily activities by leading cross-functional Customer Success Teams that assure customer satisfaction and success.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling in existing accounts.
- Optimally identify, develop and convert business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager on market shaping & business development activities in all care settings.
- Achieve the annually agreed sales growth, profit and other objectives within the region.
- Develop, supervise and drive individual account plans and the sales strategy across the region.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and how our products and solutions can help them improve their patient care.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferably in economics, business administration, healthcare, or a related field.
- Experience working in a large multinational or international matrix organization.
- Proven experience in the medical device industry.
- Successful experience in a customer-facing commercial role.
- Evidence-based track record in solution selling and cross-functional selling.
- Able to integrate digital tools in an omni-channel commercial approach.
- Strong business insight.
- Taking initiative, flexible, and with a strong emphasis on sales implementation.
- Clinical background and experience in a clinical environment is a nice to have.
- Strong communication and social skills & able to build long-term partnerships.
- Able to engage, involve, and influence cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, clinical) to drive the required outcome for the customer.
- Capable of predicting, overseeing, evaluating, and communicating about the opportunity pipeline and other business-related critical metrics and procedures.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch both written and spoken.
