We are looking for a Project Planner & Controller (16 hours per week) to support a major multidisciplinary project worth over €50 million. You will work closely with several project managers, assisting with cost control, scheduling, and risk management. This is a long-term part-time assignment with flexible working hours.Responsibilities
-Organize and coordinate project control within a multidisciplinary pharmaceutical project (> €50 million)
-Monitor costs based on actual figures, commitments in SAP, and prepare forecasts for management
-Monitor and coordinate interfaces between workstream schedules
-Identify, record, and communicate project risks within the project management team
-Prepare project status dashboards and reports for senior management
-Update costs, schedules, and risks periodically, and support project managers with up-to-date information
-Develop cost control systems, such as S-curves for soft and engineering costs
-Visualize scheduling interfaces and create slip charts
-Implement and maintain risk management processes and risk registers
-Escalate critical risks to the appropriate levels within the project organization
-Build and maintain strong relationships with project managers and other stakeholdersRequirements
-Higher Professional Education (HBO) level of working and thinking
-Proven experience in industrial implementation projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry
-Experience in managing multidisciplinary projects
-Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Dutch
-Experience with Microsoft Office applications, MS Project, and preferably SAPOther Information
