Become a team member of the planning department in a state of the art production facility.As a PMC Planner you'll be responsible for the best possible execution and scheduling of sales orders. You'll monitor the process and ensure that deviations are detected promptly, ensuring timely delivery and within budget. In this Planner role, you’re the link between production, supply chain, sales, and engineering.Your roleYou are responsible for the sales order planning and assure that agreed delivery commitments are met.You will evaluate daily the initial planning issued by Order Management and improve wherever possible.As production Planner you work closely with customers, sales, internal and external suppliers to achieve a great customer experience.To be successful it is crucial to maintain and update the planning data in SAP, to do so you will actively participate in planning meetingsIf you see bottlenecks or possible delays in production, you will anticipate on it.Analyse and report on late deliveries to customers and recommend improvement actions to avoid future late deliveries.Your ProfileYou hold a bachelor’s degree (e.g. industrial engineering, supply chain) and 0-5 years work experience.You have work experience with planning in a similar roleYou speak and write fluently French and English, Dutch is preferred but not mandatoryKnowledge of raw materials such as castings and machining activities are a big plus as well as some general knowledge of metals and alloys.Ability to effectively communicate at all levels in the Flowserve organization.You have strong negotiating and evaluation skills.What we offerVariety in your work and responsibilityWe apply the CLA Metal and have good secondary employment conditions8% holiday pay, 5% end-of-year bonus, 27 vacation days, 13 ADV days and a good pension schemeWe offer you a pleasant and informal working environment
