
Campaign Production Manager (Nike Account)

- Oversee and manage the campaign planning process, ensuring accurate adoption and execution by all stakeholders including clients, creative agencies and Initiative. Act as the steward of the Initiative x Nike planning process, ensuring all teams adhere to established guidelines.
- Manage planning timelines from brief through to activation including setting up workback schedules, creating campaign specific Teams/Slack channels, scheduling internal check in sessions, sharing relevant templates and managing internal and external dates/deadlines throughout.
- Support internal teams by attending weekly client status calls and lead on highlighting key dates associated with ongoing tasks and projects.
- Advocate for the use of internal operational tools and actively support the implementation of automation projects to enhance team efficiency and campaign success.
- Lead the production process by aggregating content from cross-functional teams into production documents and templates, lead production calls and manage the production process end-to-end.
- Serve as the primary contact for creative and production agencies, ensuring alignment across all parties.
- Work closely with SBUs and Geo/Territory teams to collect creative specs and deliver assets. Have thorough knowledge of media creative spec requirements and support creative refreshers in campaign.
- Maintain a strong understanding of media creative requirements and support in creative refreshment phases.
- Initiate and support automation implementation projects to set the teams for success.
- Manage the monthly financial reconciliation process by ensuring that all teams complete final spend actualizations and update relevant systems and documents. Lead monthly reconciliation calls with support from the Client Partners.
- Develop and implement process improvements that support teams in trouble shooting and overcoming challenges. Champion the use of internal operations related tools.
- 3-4 years' experience in a media environment with proficient working knowledge of digital media
- Strong ability to think systemically about processes and workflows. Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate operational or account challenges both laterally to peers as well as upward to senior management
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet, Assana, AirTable, or a similar project management or issue tracker tool
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Highly structured.
- Required PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
