  • Be responsible for following up on scheduling plans and on-site operation specifications.
  • Be responsible for the operation and management of items and documents belonging to the vehicle.
  • Be responsible for the operation of the logistics system and the release of shipping instructions, as well as the refined management of orders.
  • Be responsible for drafting, modifying and improving the on-site management rules and regulations and the operation instrument manual.
  • Be responsible for accepting, followling up and coordinating the handling of quality damage of commercial vehicles.
  • Be responsible for the settlement of expenses related to logistics and the follow-up of payments to ensure clear and accurate accounts.
  • Be responsible for the shipping progress of dealers' emergency orders and the follow-up and supervision of in-transit transportation.
  • Be responsible for assisting senior dispatch specialist in compiling reports related to base shipments and so on.
  • Be responsible for the operations such as the transship, storage, secondary shipping and return to the warehouse of the distribution center, etc.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, supply chain, international trade or finance is preferred
  • Proficient in English, or other minor languages can be used as working languages
  • More than 1 year working experience in logistics
  • Have strong language expression and communication skills, clear thinking logic, strong sense of responsibility, careful thinking, careful and thoughtful, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, obey the leadership arrangement
  • Strong data sensitivity and data analysis ability
  • Be good at writing process documents
  • Familiar with office software
