Department: OperationsSummary:Reporting to the Manager, Global Supply Chain Data, Analytics & Reporting, the Supply Chain BI (Business Intelligence) Analyst will be a key contributor on the Global BI Analytics team. This team plays a vital role in transforming complex, cross-system supply chain data into trusted, actionable insights, helping stakeholders make faster, smarter decisions.The Global Supply Chain BI Analyst uses problem-solving and technical skills to help drive efficiency and insight through designing, building, and maintaining scalable reporting solutions, automating workflows, and ensuring data integrity from disparate systems. The role requires cross-functional and cross-geography collaboration to ensure data integrity, appropriate solution design and build, in order to provide actionable outputs and KPIs to support decision-making across the Supply Chain function.This role will require occasional travel to Hollister Operational or Office Locations.Responsibilities:
- Extract and analyze data from various systems (SAP ECC/S4 HANA, SAP-IBP, Kinaxis Rapid Response, Oracle Transportation Management, ShipERP, etc.) to support supply chain reporting & insights
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL workflows to ensure efficient data loading and transformation
- Design and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel to support business operations, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring
- Automate recurring tasks and reporting processes using scripting languages such as PowerShell, batch scripts, or Python
- Partner with stakeholders across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and IT to identify and implement data-driven processes and process improvements
- Monitor data quality and consistency across systems and support SAP ECC to S4 HANA transition co-existence during system integrations and migrations over the course of a multi-year S4 HANA roll-out
- Support supply chain initiatives with ad hoc analysis, insights, and predictive modeling as needed
- Ensure adherence to corporate and industry standard for data security, governance, and compliance
- Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a collaborative approach to foster continuous improvement
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve data outputs (reports, dashboards, and visualizations) in various forms that enable enhanced supply chain decision-making
- Design and improve data sourcing strategies and methodologies to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely data for analytics
- Collaborate effectively across functions in a matrixed organization
- Translate business requirements into well-defined technical specifications
- Serve as a thought leader on the Analytics team and provide opinions on best practices or improvements to drive innovation
- Communicate with strong written and verbal skills

- Number of Overall Years of Experience: 2-5
- 2+ years of overall experience with SQL; Systems Integrations; Data Harmonization, Curation, & Organization; Data Visualization (PowerBI/Tableau); Automation; Excel, ERP System data & usage
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain Systems like SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA, SAP-IBP, OTM-TMS, and associated data structures
- Supply Chain Functional and Process Experience (across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and/or Manufacturing)
- B.S. / B.A. in Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in SQL / MS SQL development for data querying, extraction, and transformation
- Strong experience in ETL processes, database administration, and data warehousing concepts
- Expertise with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for creating insightful dashboards
- Skilled in automation scripting (PowerShell, batch, Python) for streamlining workflows
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VBA, Power Query, complex formulas)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach
- Working knowledge of SAP system solutions (ECC, S/4HANA, IBP)
- Experience working across geographies and cultures
- Understanding of supply chain processes & systems, including those for planning, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (e.g. UiPath)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and Synapse Analytics

The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister HPM Scheme with potential to earn up to 7.5% of annual base salary.
