
Internal Communications Specialist – Strategy & Transformation Office

- Develop and execute internal communication plans for Group Finance and its key strategic transformation programs
- Develop and coordinate communications around key milestones relevant to Group Finance, including bi-annual financial results and Annual Report publications
- Organise and support internal events such as Townhalls, Stand-Ups, and Quarterly Syncs, to help activate strategic messaging and encourage active participation
- Develop communication deliverables such as newsletters, dashboards, leadership messages, and speaker notes
- Collaborate closely with HR on internal communications related to employee engagement, performance cycles, as well as reorganisations
- Develop content for the Group Finance community SharePoint site, in close collaboration with all Group Finance teams
- Independently run communications for own initiatives such as the Finance Learning Academy and community engagement activities (e.g. annual summer party)
- Serve as SPOC for Group Finance within the wider NN Group communications network, contributing to firm-wide initiatives such as Volunteering and Values weeks

- Have a university degree, preferably in Communications or a related field
- Bring a minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in internal communications, preferably in a corporate or financial environment
- Have excellent written and verbal skills in both Dutch and English
- Have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to advise at all levels
- Are digitally savvy and have the skills to generate structured and visually appealing communication materials within the Microsoft 365 suite, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Viva Engage and Teams
- Bring a team-oriented and a ‘can do’ mindset, demonstrating that you are a self-starter that is able to get on with things without direct supervision
