- Manage the full sales process, from proactive outreach and lead generation through deal closure and long-term account management.
- Act as the link between customers and internal teams, including product management, application scientists, and marketing, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve and exceed annual sales targets, directly driving company growth in the academic sector.
- Promote best practices and share knowledge across the sales team to ensure a scalable and sustainable approach.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with EMEA customers.
- Skilled at asking the right questions, actively listening, and understanding the unique needs of academic institutions.
- High technical literacy with a background in engineering, physics, or related fields, and experience in deep-tech or scientific sales.
- 5+ years of success in growth-oriented sales, with strong experience in new business development, complex technical sales, or consultative solution selling.
