What you will do
In this role, you will be an essential part of our maintenance department, making sure our modern packaging, labeling, and assembly machines—both semi- and fully automated—keep running smoothly. You will also support warehousing and facilities operations.As an all-round technician, you’ll build expertise in automated packaging equipment and use data to spot improvement opportunities. Your work directly impacts our ability to deliver life-saving medicines to patients around the world.

  • Carry out maintenance and perform analysis on a wide range of machines and systems.
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to solve technical issues and set priorities.
  • Support new equipment projects, including commissioning and mechanical validation.
  • Train colleagues on the shopfloor in technical know-how.
  • Look for ways to improve equipment reliability and support preventive maintenance.
  • Work in 3 shifts, covering both corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.

What we expect from you
To succeed in this role, you bring the following:
  • MBO-level education, either through formal training or relevant work experience.
  • Hands-on experience in a maintenance environment.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic systems, with a willingness to learn more.
  • A team mindset and strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Interest in continuous improvement, Lean thinking, and new technologies.
  • Curiosity about robotics and automation.
  • Preferably, experience with GMP or similar regulated environments.
