- Develop a robust Content Categories Strategy aligned with key internal stakeholders and leveraging industry dynamics, best practices and suppliers
- Deliver end-to-end and sustainable value creation

- Drive cost-efficiency through robust negotiations, process improvements, while ensuring transparency and compliance in contract management
- Build and drive initiatives that will maximize positive P&L impact together with Commercial functions
- Develop strong supplier relationships to accompany our turnaround strategy and our innovations
- Meaningful experience in Marketing Procurement, at least 7 years
- Excellent Category management capabilities: you combine high standards of fact/data-based approach and insights to build fit-for-purpose strategies, recommendations and roadmaps. You also master the procurement toolbox, including but not limited to negotiation, strategic sourcing, risk and contract management
- Concise, integrated thinking and storytelling: boil down multiple data points into a simple but powerful story that drives decisions and outputs
- Project management: organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe
- Team player with strong passion for winning and a bias for action: you believe in strong collaboration, leverage diversity of thinking and love to win. You are future oriented, are not bound by the status quo but recognize what can be improved.
