- Own the Dutch demand-side sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing high-value campaigns.
- Build and grow relationships with media agencies and direct brands, focusing on delivering impactful programmatic solutions.
- Partner with internal teams to develop tailored offerings for advertisers and agencies based on their goals.
- Represent Refinery89 in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand brand presence and trust in the Netherlands.
- Maintain our CRM system to ensure a structured and transparent sales process.
- A natural closer: someone who’s confident, proactive, and passionate about sales and client relationships.
- Strong commercial drive with a focus on delivering value through digital advertising and AdTech.
- A solid network across Dutch media agencies and brand-side marketers.
- Fluent in Dutch and English — able to navigate both client pitches and internal conversations smoothly.
- Autonomous and adaptable — you thrive in fast-paced, international teams and enjoy having freedom and responsibility in your work.
- 2–6 years of sales experience in digital media, AdTech, or MarTech — preferably with exposure to programmatic or performance-based solutions.
- Prior experience at a DSP, SSP, publisher, or digital media platform.
- Familiarity with digital campaign metrics and understanding of what drives value for advertisers.
- A results-driven mindset and the motivation to hit monthly and quarterly targets.
- A personal brand that earns trust and credibility with agency decision-makers and brand leads.
