  • Plan and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Ensure all operations are performed efficiently and according to safety and quality standards.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize space utilization and productivity.
Inventory Control
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate records through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts and take corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to manage stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Quality Assurance
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Inspect goods received and shipped to ensure they are in good condition and meet quality requirements.
  • Address any quality issues promptly and report them to relevant departments.
Transportation Management
  • Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays in transit.
  • Help with receiving and unloading deliveries.
  • Assist in loading outgoing shipments when necessary.
Documentation
  • Complete and maintain accurate records of picking, packing, and inventory activities.
  • Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or other software to track orders and inventory.
Communication
  • Collaborate with procurement and production staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate department or personnel.
Compliance
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding order fulfillment and inventory management.
RequirementsWhat You´ll Need
  • The perfect candidate should speak fluent English and a minimum level of B2 in German.
  • Thorough understanding of international logistics
  • Should be accurate, stress-proof, and open to travel.
