- Identify and engage with SME clients, leasing partners, and fleet operators to expand Lucid Motors' footprint in the Dutch market.
- Develop and implement innovative go-to-market strategies to position Lucid as a preferred EV brand among SME customers.
- Design and execute tailored sales strategies that address the specific needs of SME clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings, pricing models, and after-sales services for maximum impact.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals and aligning Lucid's solutions to meet their business needs.
- Lead contract negotiations with a focus on long-term value creation.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular insights and strategic recommendations to the management team.
- Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the entire sales journey and beyond.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Collaborate actively with the Lucid Studio in Hilversum to support local engagement and visibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, key account management, or enterprise sales-preferably in the automotive or EV sector.
- Strong understanding of the Dutch automotive landscape, including leasing structures and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Netherlands and occasionally abroad.
