- Develop and maintain the service sales pipeline to achieve the specified sales targets
- Qualify customer needs and identify sales opportunities
- Provide effort estimates and collaborate on contract content with our internal teams
- Oversee the complete sales process, including proposal approval, development, presentation, and negotiation
- Participate in requests for proposals (RFP/RFI)
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up after contract signing
- Proven track record in the field of software services sales
- Demonstrated success in professional services sales
- Strong customer-centric focus, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to outstanding service
- Willingness to occasionally travel to customer locations and internal meetings
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and oral
