Job Category: DC OpsJob Description:Your roleThe Site Engineer III (SE) core responsibility is to perform infrastructure related activities in our Data Centers to ensure a reliable and efficient operation of the technical infrastructure. This is achieved through maintenance, testing and surveillance of all assets installed. The Site Engineer III is responsible for the planning and control of all day-to-day maintenance activities in cooperation with the Lead Engineer and provide leadership to the site teams, including project management for maintenance related activities.Overall Responsibilities:
  • Lead in upholding company safety policies, operational efficiency, and core values.
  • Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair activities, including coordination with subcontractors.
  • Manage on-call duties and incident resolution as needed.
  • Document and analyze progress, issues, and outcomes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive supervision, training, mentoring, and guidance to site engineers, fostering their professional development, and contributing to team development and recruitment efforts.
  • Demonstrate mastery across a wide range of essential technical skills, including complex troubleshooting and project management.
  • Possess in-depth expertise in the specialized technical field relevant to the position.
What you'll need
  • 5+ years of experience in 'Mission critical' operations and maintenance of large scale electrotechnical and/or mechanical systems
  • Education to a vocational level in a technical field and/or site engineering position
  • Proficient Dutch Language skills
  • Skilled in maintenance of electrotechnical and/or mechanical systems, HVAC Mechanical and/or Electrical
  • Preferably in possession of NEN 3140 and/or NEN 3840
  • Proficient in utilizing various test equipment.
  • Valid Driver's Licensce
