- Minimum 10 years of validated experience in international OEM sales, ideally within automotive, hydraulic, off-road, or industrial environments
- Background with technical products (hydraulic assemblies, components, systems) and value-enhancement services
- Prior experience in a global commercial executive position with P&L accountability
- Strong technical capability with ability to interpret engineering documentation, tolerances, and technical specifications
- Proficient English (written and spoken) - additional European languages beneficial
- EU employment authorization or qualification to secure work permits in relevant countries
- Readiness to travel internationally up to 30%
