- Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
- Implementation: Implement solutions directly within the cloud platform, ensuring they meet business needs and technical standards;
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure high data quality by building robust solutions, conducting thorough testing, and maintaining documentation;
- Collaboration: Work closely with the business domain, IT experts, and your own colleagues of the Data & Analytics department;
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, transformations, and business logic;
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data modelling, DBT and analytics.

- Experience: 8+ years as an Analytics Engineer or business analyst with a focus on data integration;
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university;
- Proficiency in DBT: Ability to implement complex logic and workflows using DBT;
- Preferably: Cloud & Data Platforms knowledge or skills: Strong familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), Power BI, data lakes, and modern data architectures;
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, able to bridge the gap between technical and business teams;
- Experience with banking-specific regulations is an advantage;
- Experience with financial sector is preferred.
