
Order Fulfilment Team Leader

- Coordinate and execute daily, weekly, and monthly order fulfilment operations
- Distribute daily workloads and ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Serve as the first point of escalation within the team
- Lead Problem Resolution Process (PRP) for operational issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with global teams
- Support training of Regional Offices and Service teams to ensure consistent best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or similar – or 3+ years of relevant experience with a manufacturing background within a production environment.
- Experience with SAP / Penta or similar ERP systems
- Green Belt certification and experience in change management are a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English & Dutch, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Able to adapt to change, manage deadlines, and lead by example
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, cross-functional team environment
