Your main base will be Venray (industry-related clients), but you will also regularly visit our Healthcare site in Haps.You get it doneWithin engineering you work on smart and practical solutions that make our warehouses better every day: you're on it.How you do this? As a Logistics Process Engineer, you are the driving force who investigates, analyses, and translates processes into concrete improvements. You switch smoothly between different levels, from operators to management and always get your message across. You achieve this by:
- translating (internal) customer requests to clear requirements and nice-to-haves;
- designing and continuously improving logistics processes that add value for both customers and operations;
- participating in projects such as automation, customer implementations and process optimization in existing warehouses;
- standardizing and further professionalizing departmental processes and strengthening collaboration with both internal and external partners.
- a bachelor's degree in logistics management, supply chain, (industrial) engineering or business administration;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (process improvement, change management or engineering);
- experience with logistics data analysis and affinity with WMS or ERP systems;
- strong command of Dutch and English;
- persuasiveness and the ability to uncover the real issues behind the questions.
