
Project Work Preparator

- Report monthly on progress, cost status, forecasts, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Take an active role in reviewing 2D and 3D engineering packages.
- Manage the purchasing of materials and register them in the ERP system (Trimergo).
- Monitor material availability and ensure feasibility according to project timelines.
- Request materials from the warehouse in a timely manner based on project needs.
- Provide complete information packages for different disciplines in the construction process.
- Align accurate material forecasts with the Project Manager.
- Check and verify completeness of bills of materials (BOM).
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain communication with suppliers.
- A motivated, hands-on professional with strong coordination and communication skills.
- MBO+/Bachelor-level education in Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a project-driven production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience with ERP systems (experience with Trimergo is a plus).
- Very good command of English and Dutch
