We’re on a mission to be at the heart and start of all effective treatment decisions, and we’re looking for a strong Team leader to join us.Key responsibilities· Maintain and develop a team of 2 employees· Manage the accounts payables team on a daily basis· Responsible for the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of accounts payable reporting· Manage and improve payment terms with our suppliers· Manage our cashflow on a daily basis through ensuring timely processing of invoices, resolving of differences and execution of payments in line with the agreed payment terms· Manage and develop solid accounts payable processes· Manage the relationship with our suppliers· Manage the relationship with internal stakeholders such as the Accounting department, the FP&A department, procurement and Goup Head of NWCRequirements· Bachelor’s degree in business economics· Subject matter expert accounts payable· +8 years in accounts payable· +3 years in leading accounts payable teams· Experience in change management and process improvement· Analytical and problem solving skills· Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and writtenNice-to-Have Skills· Experience in Medical Sector· Experience with Exact Globe Next, CIFAS
