In this position you'll;

embrace the Customer service model and drive positive behaviors around the company focus areas;
deliver the business initiatives to support the brand business vision and increase productivity;
lead & develop the team to deliver the RL Selling Culture;
execute the Brand Presentation guidelines to further enhance the RL Selling Culture.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Welcoming and helping the customer, identifying their needs, closing the transaction, entering the customer's data into the database to stay connected and maintain the highest level of service
Consistently achieving personal sales and KPI objectives
Promote teamwork by contributing to a team sales objective
Positive attitude, body language, personal presentation and clothing standards in line with RL expectations
Efficiently process into sales transactions, reservations, gift card sales, special orders, exchanges, refunds, vouchers and changes
Deliver an unforgettable fitting room experience while following all fitting room service policies and procedures
Ensure ease of the customer shopping experience through product presentation and overall store maintenance
Actively participate in all merchandising activities, including daily inventory maintenance, replenishment, product transfers, folding and floor changes in line with RL standards
Communicate product and customer feedback to the Store Manager and Department Manager

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Experience in retail and service
A desire to build relationships with customers and foster teamwork
Performing strongly on all sales platforms, including progressive ways of selling
Contributes to the store's sales goals and to achieving personal sales goals
Fluent in Dutch and English
Identifies and acts on self-development opportunities to improve performance
