
Customer Service Representative

- As one of our Customer Service Representatives, you'll work across a wide range of platforms (telephone, e-mail, chat messaging and social media), responding to customer questions, concerns and complaints for the Body & Fit.
- Further to training, you'll create and update customer queries accurately via our case management system Freshdesk.
- You'll proactively work to resolve customer complaints, escalating appropriately when required to achieve a swift and positive outcome.
- You'll build relationships with colleagues in addition to a range of stakeholders in our business whose expertise and support you'll rely upon to make things happen.
- Utilising your product knowledge you'll confidently furnish the customer with information and advice on our products.
- You'll spot opportunities to promote our amazing products that customers aren't taking advantage of.
- You'll play a key role in capturing customer insight, enabling the business to drive a continuous improvement culture
- You'll maintain an up-to-date knowledge of trends and developments in the field of sport, diet, nutrition and healthy lifestyles.
- You'll have the opportunity to take a proactive approach in contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and our commitment to ultimately increase our customers satisfaction.
- A passion for delivering service excellence.
- Experience of working in a Customer Service or Contact Centre environment.
- An interest in fitness, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle!
- Fluency in Dutch and comfortable with speaking English (Additional languages would be an advantage).
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and desire to succeed.
- An ability to overcome challenges, is resilient and calm under pressure
- Ability to work flexibly, and adaptable to variable tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable working independently, and as an effective team player.
