  • As store manager, you inspire and motivate your team of 4-5 people, e.g. through sales coaching.
  • You create an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers.
  • You design the store with your creative touch and ensure a perfect product presentation that shows off our products to their best advantage.
  • You remain flexible and team-oriented in order to support our do-it-yourself campaigns and the individualization.
  • You develop sales-promoting measures for your location.
  • You create operational planning, store organization and store optimization.
  • You will pass on reports on business activities to the regional management.
