- Build the affiliate partnership program in EMEA to expand brand reach and grow new customer acquisition in line with our overall brand and ecommerce strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build the affiliate activation calendar and provide affiliates with creatives, product samples, promo codes and campaign updates.
- Own and manage the product feed setup, optimization and ongoing maintenance across all marketing channels (incl. affiliates, search, social and display).
- Partner with our affiliate marketing platform and our strategic agency to develop the annual affiliate marketing plan.
- Identify, recruit and onboard new partners to help grow the affiliate program in support of key categories.
- Manage and grow established partnerships through net new initiatives and data-driven optimization.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and translate this into tactical briefs to aid editorial content creation.
- Be a key contributor to the ecommerce promotion strategy; translating affiliate partner opportunities and business needs into tactical initiatives
- Monitor and troubleshoot feed issues, disapprovals, discrepancies to ensure feed consistency
- Work with our product feed vendor to implement best practices in product titles, categorization and attribute mapping to ensure discoverability and conversion.
- Bachelor's degree with typically 2 years of related experience or Master's degree without experience or typically 6 years of relevant experience without degree
- Good knowledge of affiliate networks and the way that affiliate programs work, preferably experience working with SAAS affiliate networks
- Experience of web analytics tools (preferably Omniture, Google Analytics)
- Strong communication skills - specifically the ability to simplify the complexity inherent in affiliate marketing to general management, commercial, editorial and publishing teams.
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office.
- Work Schedule: Starting in October, teammates are required to work on-site for 3 days per week. This will increase to 4 days per week beginning January 2026.
