In-person payments at Adyen power the in-store experience for the biggest brands. As this solution is growing exponentially, we're looking for a Product Manager to join the IPP Hardware stream. The Hardware stream works on building, improving and maintaining Adyen's In-Person Payments terminal solutions offered globally in the retail, hospitality, travel and entertainment verticals. We work together with internal and external stakeholders on diverse topics like: our own payment terminals, performance metrics definition and monitoring, networking, integrations with partners and many more. We enable our internal engineering teams to quickly and autonomously build reliable products at massive scale and speed.What you'll do:
- Lead and complete various internal projects related to the payment terminal capabilities including: remote update and configuration system, compliance project for a fleet of devices transacting across the globe.
- Scope, build and improve features across many projects that will allow Adyen to scale in strategic verticals .
- Actively engage, bring together and communicate with developers, data analysts, operations, commercial teams, partners and merchants to make your projects a success.
- Contribute to overarching metrics for the performance of our test coverage, release quality and frequency, monitoring and testing tools; metrics that provide meaningful insight into how we are doing and what we have to improve.
- Contribute to our strategy that ensures we are applying resources efficiently starting from development until the rollout.
- Proactively improve or create processes to improve the reliability, quality, or execution speed of our firmware releases.
- Knowledge - You have a good understanding of the software development process from planning to release, as well as the important role of testing in this process.

- Experience - You have 3+ years experience in the product management domain. You also have relevant experience in either the networking or hardware domains.
