We are searching for a new lead mechanic for in Delft via YoungCapital.What are you going to do:About the roleYoungCapital is now hiring a new full-time lead mechanic for a scale-up bike-workshop in Delft. As a lead mechanic you will be the person in charge of overseeing the process, and making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll inspect completed repairs, manage stock levels and ensure a good overall standard. Beyond the technical side, you’ll organize briefings, coach colleagues and make sure both customers and colleagues are taken care of.Who are you?We are looking for a leader that can motivate and encourage others. You bring out the best in your team and have great communication skills. A background and familiarity with bike mechanics is preferred, and a level of technical ability. You have previous experience in management, and are comfortable with leading a team. Given that this is an international work environment we are also looking for someone with fluency in English.Where will you work?You will be part of a company that helps people move around the Dutch way, on a bike of course. They work with making mobility as sustainable as possible, and now you can be part of that process. The full-time lead mechanic position is based in Delft, where you will work with a great team of motivated colleagues.What we offer:

A salary between €2.684 and €2.892 gross per month, excluding holiday allowance.
