- Inspect and process returned products according to priority and company procedures.
- Register repairs and returns in our ERP system.
- Label and prepare products for reintegration into stock or demo use.
- Support light repair tasks (e.g. refreshing demo items, basic adjustments).
- Identify issues and suggest improvements in the return flow.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle administrative follow-up for completed repairs and returns.
- MBO-level education or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a logistics environment.
- Comfortable with a mix of desk-based and hands-on tasks (approx. 60/40 split).
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Team player who enjoys a relaxed, open work environment.
- Good communication skills in Dutch or English.

- Full-time position (40 hours/week) on-site in Helmond
