Would you like to contribute to improving the accessibility of high quality healthcare in the DACH region (Germany - Austria - Switzerland)?You might be the one that our international Tender & Contracts Department is looking for!In this role, you will submit and monitor our supply agreements with the hospitals and Groups of Purchase Organizations (GPOs) that buy our advanced medical devices. You will support both the sales team and our customers and ensure smooth administration of a wide range of documents, to maintain compliance with contract obligations.
Your attention to details, a project-management approach and the ability to adhere to procedures and deadlines will ensure that solid offers are submitted and prices are well maintained in our system.Our diverse and international Tender & Contracts Department is based at our European headquarters in Amersfoort (NL). - Support our local sales teams by sending price quotations, sales brochures, and samples when required
- Inform customers of any price and product changes
- Handle and process hospital usage report requests in Excel format
- Identify tender opportunities, cascade the tender requirements to the sales and management teams and prepare the tender documentation using approved templates
- Liaise with different internal departments regarding tender-related requests
- Interpret instructions and issues arising, including taking actions according to the applicable policies and procedures updates
- Timely notify any obstacles in the process to the Senior or Team Leader
- Bachelor’s degree level
- Relevant working experience, in an Administrative or Sales Support role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German
- Very good understanding of written texts including complex legal language
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based computer applications
- Experience with SAP is preferred
