Job Description:DP World is looking for a Regional Senior Manager Supply Chain Engineering to develop end-to-end Control Tower solutions for logistics customers, leveraging advanced supply chain visibility, data analytics, and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and business growth. This involves assessing the current state across People, Process, and Technology, and defining and standardizing DP World's Control Tower solutions.This role requires close alignment and collaboration with other DP World entities including those already offering Control Tower solutions, the Commercial Business Development team and the IT (Cargoes) Development team in India to ensure seamless integration, innovation, and standardization of solutions.The Senior Manager is experienced in leading cross-functional teams, conducting analysis, providing recommendations and guidance towards the delivery of strategic multiple large-scale supply chain solutions projects. Expected to work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and design solutions to optimise their supply chains. Manages and balance the requirements between business objectives and project requirements. Recognize trends, patterns, or themes in complex data, and leverages experience to solve complex problems. Understands the importance of project governance, stakeholder management, commercial models, and managing project teams.How you will contribute
  • Develop and implement control tower solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing logistics systems.
  • Drive commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities through consultative selling, developing proposals, and collaborating with sales teams to convert leads into contracts.
  • Engage with key stakeholders (internal and external) to understand requirements, demonstrate solutions, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Oversee quality of analysis and solution team's outputs.
  • Design the test methodology and success criteria for value-chain improvement solutions across multiple capabilities and regions.
  • Work closely with other DP World entities including those already offering Control Tower solutions, the Commercial Business Development team and the IT (Cargoes) Development team in India.
What you will bring
  • BA or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or Transport/Logistics.
  • 8 - 12 years' relevant work experience in developing Control Tower solutions with a proven track record of leadership, managing project teams and delivering successfully (experience in Tech, Automotive or Chemical verticals is a bonus).
  • Demonstrated understanding of supply chain costs, cost drivers and cost efficiencies levers.
  • Analytical skills ans ability to review business analysis process and deliverables to recommend improvements.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering professional presentations, supported by strong written and verbal communication and consulting abilities.
  • Able to think logical and objectively with the ability to be innovative in approach and solution design / problem solving.
  • IT skills - You are highly proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio; Familiarity with supply chain software and systems, e.g. ERP, WMS, TMS; Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Flexibility to travel - You are flexible to travel (20-30% of the time).
  • Time management: comfortable working under pressure with stringent deadlines and complex deliverables. Flexible hours to achieve deliverables (sometimes required to work in addition to/outside of normal business hours).
  • Languages - You speak and write fluent English - additional languages are a bonus.
