As a Supply Planner Associate, you will be responsible for short-term production planning for packaging lines. You'll ensure timely delivery, manage operational flows, and support production stability in a highly regulated GMP/GDP environment.Key Responsibilities
-Create and manage short-term production schedules for multiple packaging lines
-Coordinate product flow and resolve potential bottlenecks
-Lead daily planning meetings and drive alignment across teams
-Optimize planning processes and reporting (KPI tracking, capacity planning)
-Contribute to process automation and digitalization using tools like Tableau, Smartsheet, RPA
-Participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiativesRequirements
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
-Experience with short-term planning, preferably in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment
-Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and planning tools
-Analytical mindset and strong communication skills
-Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
-Willingness to be on-site at least 3 days per week in BredaApply Now
