You will become part of a close-knit, 8-member team within an innovative department of 80 automation specialists. Together, we build solutions that make the bank more efficient and relieve our colleagues of repetitive work. Your Role as an Interim Business AnalystAs a Business Analyst, you are the indispensable link between business and technology. You thoroughly understand processes, translate requirements into concrete solutions, and ensure the business can fully leverage the Supporthub.Your tangible impact:You will continuously support business teams in configuring and improving their workflow processes and communication templates.You will identify and analyze new functionalities and refine them with the developers into achievable features.You will be the first point of contact for questions, resolve issues, and provide training on the Supporthub.You will assist the team in analyzing bug fixes and other maintenance tasks.What you bring:Must-have: A minimum of 5 years of work experience with proven skills in business and/or process analysis .Plus: Experience with workflow automation and template building.Plus: Familiarity with the Power Platform (PowerApps / Logic Apps).Plus: Experience with SQL queries2. Your Role as an Interim (Power Platform) DeveloperAs a Developer, you are the technical powerhouse behind the Supporthub. You enjoy building smart, scalable solutions and don't hesitate to challenge the business with even better technical possibilities.Your tangible impact:You will continuously develop and maintain new functionalities for the Supporthub using robots, PowerApps, and TypeScript apps.You will introduce and implement new technologies (like Azure Functions) to enhance the solution.You will work in duos on major projects, ensuring high-quality code and rapid knowledge sharing.You will support the business with technical questions and assist the team with bug fixes and maintenance.What you bring:Must-have: A minimum of 5 years of work experience in app development, with in-depth knowledge of the Power Platform (PowerApps / Logic Apps) .Must-have: Strong experience with SQL queries .Plus: Knowledge of TypeScript, Java, and/or JavaScript .Plus: Skills in business and process analysis.Your Shared Talent: What Unites YouCollaboration is the core of our success.
