Then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our best-in-class team as: Junior Finance Controller.As a Junior Finance Controller, you will primarily lead and control the execution of an efficient and effective profitability analysis.Role and ResponsibilitiesRole and ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include:Managerial Accounting
- Prepare and execute sales and profit plans for the current month/following three months/next year in accordance with HQ global schedules/policies;
- Perform monthly closing in Controlling side incl. preparing preliminary/final sales, creating cost drivers, inventory valuations and executing allocations;
- Prepare profit & loss statements of plans and actuals for internal reporting;
- Analyze margin fluctuations in terms of plan vs actuals and previous plan vs current plan;
- Check and detect abnormal billings to ensure sales and CGS occur with no errors;
- Perform and support APA (Advance Pricing Arrangement) settlements with HQ/Sales/production subs.;
- Conduct verification for departmental results of bi-annual KPIs
- Execute and supervise periodical budget usages in order to ensure that each stakeholder spends in line with the company policy;
- Conduct invoice settlements to make sure vendor payments are on the basis of pre-approvals;
- Prepare timely and informative overhead expense analysis;
- Prepare accurate regular reports such as monthly management report, inventory status, weekly sales progress and risk sensing in a timely manner;
- Conduct finance related (ad-hoc) projects in order to constantly improve systems and procedures;
- Detail-oriented and proactive with results-driven mindsets;
- Excellent communication skills that can work cross-functional teams;
- Strong team player who can collaborate with positive attitude;
- Mid-to-advanced levels in Excel and other financial modelling tools are a plus;
- Proficiency in both Korean and English

- Bachelor or master degree majored in finance or economics;
- Able to work in full-time with 40hrs/week, work permit can be supported by company
- Complete study (for freshman) or 1 -3 years working experience in finance fields;
- (Advanced) experience with and knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP), Big data and MS office
